This is a wonderful meal for the busy day that can be set up in the morning and ready to eat when everyone gets home!
Ingredients:
- 1 jar of salsa verde
- 3, 15 oz. cans of beef broth
- 1, 15 oz. can of pinto beans
- 2, 15 oz. cans of corn
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 bag tortilla chips
Directions:
- Put all ingredients- except shredded cheese and chips-into a crock pot and set on high setting
- Let cook for several hours until hot, stirring every once in awhile
- Serve up in bowls, adding the shredded cheese to the top and chips on the side
- Enjoy
