Taco Soup

This is a wonderful meal for the busy day that can be set up in the morning and ready to eat when everyone gets home!

Ingredients:

  • 1 jar of salsa verde
  • 3, 15 oz. cans of beef broth
  • 1, 15 oz. can of pinto beans
  • 2, 15 oz. cans of corn
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 bag tortilla chips

Directions:

  1. Put all ingredients- except shredded cheese and chips-into a crock pot and set on high setting
  2. Let cook for several hours until hot, stirring every once in awhile
  3. Serve up in bowls, adding the shredded cheese to the top and chips on the side
  4. Enjoy
